Dean Ward

DIRECTOR

Hi, my name is Dean Ward, and I’m one of the directors at Deward Installations.

I’m responsible for the hands-on side of the business—the building and installations work.

A background in construction and a career in engineering have given me the perfect mix of skills to craft a bespoke stove for your home. I was born and schooled in Stamford, Lincolnshire, and have developed a notable reputation within my field as a result of delivering high-quality work efficiently, and through personal service.

I pride myself on gaining work primarily through recommendations from satisfied customers who know they can trust me to do an outstanding job every time.

Hello, my name is Leanne Ward and I am one of the two directors at Deward Installations. I am responsible for the behind-the-scenes aspects of business, in terms of carrying out the organisation and financial side of the business. I have a background in management level within both hospitality and retail fields and so I completely understand the need for structure and the critical importance of good customer relations especailly in communications. I strive to run a successful customer-orientated business that enables our clients to experience a smooth process throughout and ultimately deliver a finished installation exactly as desired.

At Deward Installations we believe that customer satisfaction is paramount, and therefore we ensure that all installations are completed efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to our clients’ day-to-day lives. We understand how important it is for our clients to be kept up-to-date with progress on their installation, which is why we ensure regular communication with them throughout; from start to finish!
